Paper Mache Man and Boy with Bird Collection
These photos depict a paper-mâché duo—a man in white with a gold business jacket and gold shoes, and a boy entirely in gold with a white head—posed on silver and gold-painted rocks, alongside a pure white dove. Each image captures a small drama: the man and boy tussling over the bird the boy has found; the man chasing the boy, who has just "stolen" the bird; the boy reaching upward toward it; and the two standing back-to-back in a playful standoff. Together, the scenes tell a lighthearted story of mischief, with the boy in awe of the bird while the man, as the rightful owner, runs after it.
